Nilagang baka

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo Beef, 1 pc. medium cabbage, sliced.1pc. onion, qaurtered black pepper (whole kernels)Vetsin, Salt

Procedure

  1. Slice beef into cubes. Put into your presure cooker in 4 cups of water. Presure cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Put onion qaurters, black pepper kernels, cabbage slices, Vetsin and salt into your presure cooker.
  2. Cover and let simmer until cabbage is cooked.
  3. Serve hot with rice.
